Is everything authentic?
Yes. Every piece is sourced from official retailers and boutiques, checked by our team and shipped with its original packaging, dust bag and cards.
How long does delivery take?
Pieces in stock ship within 1–2 working days and usually arrive across Pakistan in 2–5 working days. Pieces marked Sourced to order are bought for you after you order, so they take longer. The delivery fee is shown at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Easypaisa and bank transfer. After you order, add your transaction ID or upload a screenshot of the payment on your order page, and we confirm it.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Tell us within 12 hours of delivery if anything is wrong. Items must be unused, with all tags and packaging. Sale, customised and specially sourced items are final sale. Our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy has the details.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Complimentary gift wrap and a handwritten card on request at checkout.
Can you source a piece you don’t stock?
Often, yes. Message the concierge with the brand and style and we’ll come back with availability and a price.
