Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply to using ulvare.com and ordering from us.

These terms apply to every visit to ulvare.com and every order placed on it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About ULVARE

  • ULVARE is an independent personal shopper. We curate authentic designer pieces from the USA and UAE for customers in Pakistan, and update our selection regularly to meet bespoke requests.
  • ULVARE is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any luxury brand. See our Ownership Statement.

2. Products

  • Every product we sell is authentic.
  • Photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
  • Stock is limited. A product shown on the website may sell out before your order is confirmed.
  • Specially sourced (on request) items depend on availability, and their price and timeline are confirmed with you before you pay.
  • Pieces marked "Sourced to order" are listed in our catalogue but not held in stock: we buy them for you after you order. If one can no longer be bought, we tell you and refund what you paid in full.

3. Prices

  • Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include the product price only. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
  • Prices shown in US dollars are approximate conversions for reference. You are always charged in PKR.
  • If a price is listed in error, we contact you before processing the order, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we have verified your payment.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, we suspect fraud or we cannot verify your payment. If you have paid, you receive a full refund.

5. Payment

  • We accept payment by Easypaisa and bank transfer, and by card when it is offered at checkout.
  • Please pay the exact total and use your order number as the payment reference.
  • After paying, add your transaction ID or upload a screenshot of the payment on your order page.
  • Orders are not dispatched until payment has been verified. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.
  • Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment verification and usually arrive within 2–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan.
  • Pieces marked "Sourced to order" are dispatched once they reach us and pass our checks, so they take longer to arrive.
  • Timelines for specially sourced items are agreed with you when you order.
  • Please give a complete and correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
  • Courier delays outside our control can happen. We will help you track your order if they do.
  • Ownership of the product, and responsibility for it, pass to you when it is delivered.

7. Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations

These are covered by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. In short: any claim must be made within 12 hours of delivery, and items must be unused and complete.

8. Marketing messages

We only send marketing messages by email or WhatsApp if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Ulvare AI

Our chat assistant gives automated answers that can be wrong. Its replies are not an offer or a promise. Please check important details, such as price, availability and delivery, with our team.

10. Intellectual property

The ULVARE name and logo, and the website's text, photos and design, belong to ULVARE and may not be copied without our permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe the genuine products we sell.

11. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of Pakistan.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
